Kudos to the courageous Sen. Wendy Davis in helping to stop this GOP bill.
The bill was one of the most extreme measures that are streaming through the various state legislatures.
It would have circumvented the SCOTUS Roe v. Wade, and related laws, that allow abortions under certain circumstances.
Texas Gov. Perry recently invaded NY state; and suggested that Cuomo should favor eliminating the state income tax.
This Texas imperialism can also easily find anti-abortion moves here in NY, similar to what is happening in Texas.
