(The Cuomo administration, frustrated with its long-standing financial dispute with the Seneca Nation and seeking more lucrative gambling revenues, will propose a new, non-Indian casino for downtown Niagara Falls.) *************** Is that also true for the Rome NY Turning Stone Oneida casino. Having a casino in downtown Niagara Falls would violate Speaker Silver's concern about having a casino in densely populated areas...(the temptation to gamble during lunch hour and lose the rent money ) If this is one location that the Cuomo team is considering, then Silver, the Assembly, and the Senate should be at the location decision-making table. 0 • Reply • Share ›
